2Booking and Payments
All bookings require an initial deposit to secure your spot in a package. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the departure date, as specified in your booking confirmation. Prices are subject to change based on airline fluctuations, hotel rates, and exchange rates until the final payment is received.
3Visa Processing
We assist in the preparation and submission of visa applications to the Saudi authorities. The final decision to grant a visa rests solely with the Embassy of Saudi Arabia. We are not responsible for any delays, rejections, or additional costs incurred due to visa denials.
4Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are subject to the policies of our third-party vendors, including airlines and hotels. Processing fees, visa fees, and non-refundable deposits will be deducted from any eligible refund.
5Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure your passport is valid for at least six months from the date of travel and that you meet all health and vaccination requirements set by the Saudi government. We are not liable for any disruptions caused by invalid travel documents.
6Mobile App and Services
Our mobile application and interactive guides are provided to enhance your pilgrimage experience. You agree to use these tools responsibly and not for any unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to terminate access to the app if misuse is detected.
7Limitation of Liability
We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, and transport operators. We are not liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by the actions or omissions of these third-party suppliers, or due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
8Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore and Hyderabad.
