-Our Pacakage rates are calculated on the basis of US dollar Rates @ Rs.71.6/- per Dollar .If  there is any increase in US Dollar /Visa fee/Air fare /Saudi riyal rates then the difference will be added on the package rates.
-Air Tickts and Issued Visa are not Transferable and Non Refundable .The dates for departure and arrival may differ according to the Airlines.
-Sudden Implement of any new rules for charges either by Govt of India or Saudi Arabia regarding Umrah related services will be imposed and added to the package cost.
-Air conditioned transport buses from jeddah to Makkah and to makkah ,and madinah is alloted by the Moallim ,Govt of saudi Arabia ,not by tour operator
-All rooms in this package are 4 to 5 bedded sharing basis ,in ccase a pilgrims opta for  higher rated room or separate room extra amount will be added to the tour package price .
-Allotment of beds in rooms would be according to the discretion of the Tour conduction officer .The tour conducting officers decision on any matter /dispute would be final.

- The pilgrims should maintain fooding time and cleanliness at the Restaurants .
-Umrah pilgrims should abide by the rules and regulations of Govt. of India and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .
-Checking Baggage will be allowed as a Per Airlines rules ,hand baggage allowed 7kg ,ZamZam holy water 5Ltrs.
-Our Umrah packages groups will be organise when the group will be of at least 25 persons otherwisw group will be postponed to another date .
-Passport ,visa and Air Ticket will be delivered after full payment.
-persons elderly and physically unfit or having chronic disease should accompany one helping person.
-5% GST will be applicable on Umrah Tour Package .
-Any Dispute arrising out of the use of this facility will be governed by the laws of india and subject to jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata.

-20% of the tour cost per person before 30days .
- 50% of the tour cost if cancelled between 15 to 30 days .
-80% if cancelled within 15days of departure.
-Date change penalty 5000/- or more per person if made between 15 to 30 days before departure or else the above cancellation shall apply.
