* Service in Mina and Arafat are governed by the Saudi government and subject to change without
prior notice.

* Services like, location of Tents, Attached Bathroom Tents, Sofa Beds, etc. can be recalled
anytime, even on the day of stay in Mina.

* For Booking, a Initial deposit of  Rs 200,000 per person is required out of which Rs 100,000 will
be non refundable except for Non Shifting Package where Rs 200,000 is non refundable. Balance shall
be payable as per terms agreed.

* All stated dates and itineraries are provisional and subject to confirmation at the time of
booking, dates may vary plus/ minus a day or two on account of factors like, the Hijri Calendar
dates, flight allotments etc. in the event of change in Hijri Calendar dates, accommodation may be
provided at any available Hotel and not necessarily those listed on your contract,
thus accommodation may be given in hotel mentioned or similar category may be given.

* Reporting time for Haj flight, Indian airport is 5 hour before the flight departure and for Saudi
airport in 8-10 hours before departure.
* Standard free baggage allowance in economy class is 2 pieces of luggage of maximum 23 kg. each
excess baggage will attract additional charges by the airline.

* All booking are on tentative basis, subject to Allocation of Hajj Quota. Final  Confirmation to be
given after allocation of Haj Quota by Government of india.

* Prices are fixed and non - negotiable. All prices quoted are per person based on USD @ Rs 70/- and
ticket average Calculated @ Rs 75,000/- Any increase in the same shall be borne by the pilgrim. The
USD component and the INR component in the package shall be advised at the time of booking.

* Additional service can be obtained on demand like VIP Tents, Haram View rooms, junior Suites,
Senior Suite, Qurbani, Wheel Chair escorts, priority handling at jeddah airport etc. prices for

Giving you a glimpse of the comfort and luxury while travelling with us would include your stay in
Mina with Split Air conditioners in every tent, irrespective of the package chosen by you.

All our tents are near Jamraat and to make you transportation even more comfortable and easy we
have VIP Luxury busses that accommodate 50 pilgrims (all sitting).

In Arafat, we have Air Conditioned European Tents that are plush and spacious, with designated
bathrooms in VIP tents. Every package consists of European tents made of PVC making your stay
hassle - free and relaxing.

Additional Info:
We accommodate all the males and females in our group separately in Mina & Arfaat. Unless it is one
family or group of relatives that occupies the whole tent in Mina as per there convenience &
request.

Each Tent consists of 4 Quarters, each quarter can accommodate maximum of 18-20 pax, to obtain
equal division of tents between the number of male and females pilgrim
we have to sometimes adjust the size of tents accordingly to accommodate them.

Upgrading sharing room options in shifting hotel
30,000 for private 4 bed sharing in a room
45000 for private 3 bed sharing in a room
60000 for private 2 sharing in a room

Cancellation Charge Per Person :.
* On Booking - Rs 100,000/-
* Before Ramzaan 50% of the total tour amount.
* 14 days prior to departure or no show full amount will be charged.
* Once Hajj Visa is issued, Zero Package refund policy applies.

* Child Between 2 and 12 years - Rs 30,000/-
less on any Package chosen
