Our Package is Economy Group Shifting, We keep our Haji's 5km from Haram Shareef before the Haj.

After Haj we will keep our Haj's shifted in Hilton Hotel 0Mt distance from haram shareef.

1. Those who have done Umrah or hajj in 2017-18 to till date they must have to pay 2000 SAR extra.
2. If there is an increase in Airfare, Moullim fees or FTS (US dollar)/ Saudi riyal rates, valuation of Indian rupees at the time of departure differences is to be borne by haj pilgrim before departure.
3. Child and Infant will be charged full group fare the only discount will be given on Air ticket
4. All the mentioned services will commence after reaching our accommodation in Makkah.
5. At the Jeddah Airport, at least 8 -10 hours time will be taken to complete the formalities
6. From Jeddah Airport to Makkah building Via Moullim office it takes another 3-4 hours
7. 5% GST does not include in the packages in India
8. 5% VAT does not include in the packages in Saudi Arabia
9. 5% property Tax not included in package .effective from 14th February 2018 in Saudi Arabia.
   
10. All the payments should be through Cheque / RTGS neft pilgrimage individual payment through bank account or other Authorised channels in favour of  "Golden Travels" by RBI rules.
11. Flight Schedule any itinerary is subject to change without notice.
12. The Tour cost has to be cleared before submission of passport for Hajj Visa 20 JULY 2019, otherwise, your booking will be cancelled and your seat will be given to waiting list Haji.
13. Payment at the time of registration will be with respect to dollar rate, after converting in Indian rupees.
14. This is done due to rise and fall in Indian currency during 2019.

3. Wheelchair for a disabled/aged person should be arranged one volunteer for 5 days for Mina- Umrah & Tawaf-e- ziyarah, not allowed volunteer in haram for tawaf or Sawai. Only allowed to Saudi volunteer (India & Pakistani Volunteer not allowed).

1. If the cancellation is made after Stamping of Hajj visa there will be no Refund of Accommodation charges, Moullim Fees & Food Charges.
   
2. Air ticket amount will refund as per the Airlines policy
3. All the refund will be paid by the cheques A/c payee only (In the name of haji).
